Hi!
This week I'm covering how to actually organize tasks in Reminders using Smart Lists, Groups, and custom views instead of one long list.
I'm also looking at what's changing in Reminders and Notes with iOS 27, sharing a quick iPhone trick I've used for years, and telling you about a new Templates Pack I just launched.

Quick Tip
Double Tap the Back of Your iPhone
You tap the back of your iPhone twice and it turns on the flashlight. Tap three times and it takes a screenshot.
It sounds a bit like a sci-fi trick, but this feature has been sitting on your iPhone for years.
To enable it, go to Settings → Accessibility → Touch → Back Tap and choose an action for double or triple tap.
I've used the same setup for years:
Double tap → Torch
Triple tap → Screenshot
You can also assign your own Shortcut, which opens up a lot more possibilities. Simple feature, but surprisingly useful once you set it up your way.

A Note from me
I put out something new this week — a Templates Pack for Apple Reminders. It's the six lists from The Simple Apple System, ready to add to your own Reminders app in one tap instead of building them from scratch.
Two of the lists are Smart Lists, so those come with quick setup steps instead — Apple doesn't let those be shared the same way. The pack includes clear, tested steps to set those two up yourself, about two minutes each.
If you've read about my Reminders setup before and wanted to try it without doing all the manual work, this is exactly for that.

See you soon!
