I've noticed more people talking about Kanban boards lately — moving tasks through columns instead of scrolling one long list. Turns out you don't need a separate app for that.

Apple Reminders has had this built in the whole time, it's called Column View. This week I'll share three simple ways I use it in my own Apple productivity setup.

Quick Tip

If you share notes with a partner or family member, they get buried among everything else in Apple Notes.

Create a folder, turn on Make Into Smart Folder, and filter by Shared. Every note shared with anyone lands there automatically — no manual sorting.

It's the fastest way to keep shared life admin in one place without a separate app.
