Hi!
Today I'm sharing another guide requested by my readers — how I use the Getting Things Done method inside Apple Reminders.
It's a system I've used for years. I've adjusted it along the way, but the core idea has stayed the same.
Also in this issue: two other resources on connecting Claude to Notes and Reminders, and turning WhatsApp messages into reminders.

Quick Tip
I don’t really use the built-in Today view in Reminders as my main view. It shows everything due today, which sounds helpful, but it can quickly become chaos.
Instead, I built my own Today list.
Here’s how it works:
I created a list called Your Day.
I added two sections: Priority and Tasks.
Each morning, I open Your Day list first.
Then I choose one task as my absolute priority.
The rest goes into Tasks.

A Note from me
I was working on my new freebie for a week. It's a short guide that walks through the basic split between Notes and Reminders, how to start with just one Inbox in each app, and one real example of linking a note to a reminder.
I also combined my two older freebies into this one — instead of a separate guide for Notes and a separate one for Reminders, it's now all in one place.

See you soon!
