Hi!
This week I published something I've been meaning to write for a while.
It's a full breakdown of how I really use Apple Reminders — the real folder structure, the daily Smart Lists, and how I connect it to Apple Notes for context. Not just a feature tour, but actually my main setup.
I also found two things worth sharing alongside it.

This Week
The system I use every morning — folders, time-based lists, and Smart Lists that keep the noise out.
Quick settings most people never touch. Worth a five-minute scan.
5 rules for writing to-dos that are actually useful — not just a long list you'll ignore.

Apple Tip
Quick Note works on iPhone too — most people only know the iPad version.
Go to Swipe down from the top-right corner → tap the + icon at the top left → add Quick Note. One tap from anywhere on your phone opens a floating note instantly. No need to open the app.
Whatever you are viewing when you create a Quick Note it gets linked automatically — webpage, email, anything.

A Quick Note from me
I recently upgraded my desk with an UltraWide Dell monitor.

A full review is coming soon — including why I chose this over the Apple Studio Display (the answer might surprise you).
But in the meantime, it's been the perfect companion for working on the ebook. Having the guide open on one side and screenshots on the other makes a real difference.
The Simple Apple System is in its final stage. I'm planning to release it this month.
If you're not on the waitlist yet, now is a good time — waitlist members get early access and a launch discount.
See you next week.

P.S. I share more quick Apple ideas everyday here on Threads.
