Hi!

I’ve been working on this guide for the past several weeks, and it’s finally ready.

The Simple Apple System is a practical guide for Apple users who want to organize tasks, notes, ideas and projects using the apps already on their iPhone, iPad or Mac.

No complicated setup or another productivity app. Just Apple Notes, Apple Reminders and a simple system you can actually use.

If your Notes app became a dumping ground or your Reminders app is full of tasks you ignore, this guide will help you clean it up and build a better setup.

Apple Tip

Apple Notes records audio and transcribes it automatically — most people have no idea this exists.

Open any note, tap the paperclip icon, then select Record Audio. Hit the red button to start, tap again to stop, then Done. Apple Notes creates a written transcript directly in the note.

Next time an idea hits while you're walking or cooking, you don't have to stop and type. Record it, and the text is already waiting when you get back to your desk.

See you next week.
