Hi!

As I mentioned in my last issue, I've been writing more Reminders guides based on your requests. Last week I published a guide on how to use the Eisenhower Matrix in Apple Reminders — I really like this method because it gives you a clear way to prioritize instead of just a flat list.

This week I'm also sharing the upcoming iOS 27 Siri features, plus how to use ChatGPT to improve your Apple Notes.

Quick Tip

A lot of you asked about this one: linking a Note directly to a Reminder.

It's especially useful for projects — keep the context and resources in Notes, but let the action live in Reminders (something like “work on this project for 20 minutes, every day").

It’s simple:

  1. Open the note in Apple Notes.

  2. Tap the share button.

  3. Choose Reminders.

  4. Add the reminder.

Now the task and the context are connected.

A Note from me

Thank you to everyone who picked up The Simple Apple System. This is still a side hustle alongside my full-time job, and every purchase helps me keep making this newsletter and my guides.

In August I'm starting on Part 2, based on what some of you have asked for — e.g. widgets and Shortcuts, and how to use them together with Notes and Reminders.

If there's something specific you want explained, just reply to this email and let me know.

See you soon!
