Hi!
Apple Notes is on every device you own. Most people have never actually set it up.
That's the honest observation from this week's first link — and it's hard to argue with. Notes tends to become a junk drawer. Things go in. Finding them later is another story.
This week: four features that fix that, the one rule that stops the Notes vs Reminders confusion, and a workflow guide for Apple users who write.

Apple Tip
One Apple Mail feature I didn't expect to use daily: Remind Me.
How it works:
iPhone: swipe left on an email in your inbox → tap Remind Me
Mac: right-click any email → Remind Me
Pick when → tonight, tomorrow, next week, or a custom time
The email stays in your inbox with a small reminder icon. At the time you chose, Mail brings it back to the top.
I don't have to remember to reply anymore. Apple Mail remembers for me.

A Quick Note from me
This week I partnered with Yana G.Y. Yana writes about growing a newsletter from scratch. If you're thinking about starting on Substack, this beginner's guide is a clear, no-fluff walkthrough.
See you next week.
