Hi!
Apple Reminders looks like a plain checklist app. Most people open it, add a task, and never look deeper.
I use it as a weekly planner, a habit tracker, a lightweight project manager, and a reading list — all inside the same free app.
Nothing about this needs a new tool. It just needs structure. That's what this week's issue is about.

Quick Tip
Most people give up searching Apple Notes because typing keywords rarely finds what they need. But there few simple ways to search in Apple Notes fast:
Folders: keep your folders structure simple so it tells you already where to find what
Tags: tap a tag to find any related notes
Links: use your navigation notes to jump directly
Search bar: browse by shared notes, checklists, tags or drawings.

A Note from me
I'm finally retiring my Apple Watch Series 9 for the new Ultra 4. Battery life was the deciding factor — 50 hours means I stop thinking about charging, which is exactly the kind of upgrade I care about.
If you caught this week's Apple Event, the two real headlines to me were the iPhone Duo and the Watch lineup. Curious what stood out to you.

See you soon!
